MAR Chart Generator
MAR Chart Generator builds printable Medication Administration Record (MAR) charts for care settings. Create a client, add their medications and administration times, then export a clean PDF — with optional cloud backup.
Before you start
- A Windows PC with MAR Chart Generator installed
- Your client's details and medication list
- Optional: an account — only if you want cloud backup/sync (it works fully offline otherwise)
Launch it
You can use MAR Chart Generator completely offline.
Optional cloud account
To back up or sync across PCs, register or log in.
Create the client
Click Add client, then fill in Client details: name, date of birth, home address, GP details, allergies and any alerts. Add a client photo if you like.
Set the period
Choose the Start date and number of Days (up to 28), then click Save client.
Company info
Enter your care company name and address, and add a company logo to brand the chart.
Add administration rounds
Under Times of day, click Add time slot for each round — e.g. 08:00, 12:00, 18:00, 22:00.
Enter each medication
Click Add medication and enter the quantity, batch number, best-before date and purpose / indication.
Choose the options
Use as needed: Multi-dose (MAR chart), PRN (as needed) with a max doses/day, or hide an item from the MAR/Med Check.
Check the preview
Review the live Chart preview on the right.
Export a PDF
Click Export Chart PDF (or Export Med Check PDF / Export PRN Record PDF), then print it for signing.
Backup, restore, sync
If signed in: File → Backup All to Cloud, Restore from Backup to recover, and Sync → Sync Now to keep PCs in step.
Do I need an account?
No — it works fully offline. An account only adds optional cloud backup and sync.
